Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in independent IT support and administration of diverse IT system landscapes
- Professional experience in one or more focus areas: Trend Micro, Citrix, VMware, Watchguard, macmon, or Microsoft 365
- Demonstrated expertise in multiple infrastructure or security product environments (e.g., Firewall solutions, Dell/HPE hardware, Veeam, Intune)
