Key requirements include a strong background in the banking sector—specifically with savings or cooperative banks—alongside proven experience in moderation, workshop facilitation, and strategic analysis. You should possess a high degree of technological curiosity, particularly regarding Large Language Models (LLMs), and be comfortable working in a hybrid, client-facing environment.
