Job Summary

As a Laboratory Engineer at INRO, you will play a vital role in the Technical Analysis department, ensuring the highest quality standards for our control and drive solutions. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing functional faults, performing repairs on electronic components using circuit diagrams and layouts, and documenting findings within our quality management system. You will act as a key interface between the laboratory and the development team, providing expert technical advice and supporting colleagues in the testing facility. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in electronics or electrical engineering, with practical skills in SMT and THT soldering. You will work in a collaborative, family-oriented environment that values precision, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, or information/systems engineering. Further qualification as an Electrical Technician (Elektrotechniker) is desirable.

Experience

  • Technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, or system technology
  • Professional experience in electromechanical repair preferred
  • Practical experience in reading and interpreting electrical layouts and schematics

  • Work permit for Germany required. Must be able to work on-site in Stockstadt am Main.
