Job Summary
As a Production Manager in Bremerhaven, you will take on a pivotal leadership role overseeing both production operations and the Manufacturing Engineering department. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing material flow, resource planning, and the end-to-end manufacturing process from initial production through quality control to final shipping. You will be tasked with driving efficiency, reducing costs, and implementing continuous improvement methodologies to optimize production workflows. A key part of the role involves reporting technical and business KPIs to the global organization and ensuring strict compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. You will act as a bridge between technical requirements and customer needs, frequently participating in client meetings. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering; alternatively, extensive professional experience with relevant specialized certifications.
