Job Summary
As a Quality Manager in Bremerhaven, you will play a pivotal role in organizing, planning, and leading the company's quality management system in accordance with DIN EN 9100 standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and developing the quality management handbook, managing documentation, and overseeing both internal and external audits. You will be responsible for analyzing root causes of errors and implementing effective preventative measures. A key aspect of this role is providing leadership to your team and reporting directly to the executive management regarding the effectiveness of the QM system. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Technician or Master Craftsman in Electrical, Aerospace, or Space Engineering, or a comparable technical vocational qualification (e.g., Mechatronics, Electronics). Required certifications include Quality Management Representative, Aviation Law, and Auditor (Internal/External) according to EN 9100.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a leadership role within quality management
- Practical experience with quality management systems and methodologies
- Proven experience in technical documentation and process maintenance
