Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at the Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Berlin, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff, ensuring seamless IT operations. Your daily responsibilities include managing 1st-level support tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues via remote or on-site support, configuring workstations, and managing user access rights. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration), a comparable IT-related education, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or Service Desk environments
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the IT sector if not holding a formal IT degree
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure and network environments
- Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
