Job Summary
The IT Project Administrator will join the Central Data Processing unit of the Rhineland-Palatinate tax administration in Koblenz. In this role, you will support IT project leads by managing sub-projects from development through to implementation. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project milestones, managing project documentation, coordinating meetings, and serving as a key interface between project teams and departments. You will utilize project management tools to ensure high-quality documentation and structured project delivery. The position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage complex stakeholder interests, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Arts or Diploma in Administrative Informatics, or Bachelor of Science in (Business) Informatics, or an equivalent IT-related degree.

- Must hold career qualification for the third entry level of administration and finance (Laufbahnbefähigung for civil service). Must be eligible to work in Germany. Ability to handle complex analytical tasks and work under pressure.
