As an Account Manager in the Information and Telecommunications Technology sector, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing both new and existing client relationships. Your day-to-day activities involve advising planners, installers, and operators on customized solutions, preparing and tracking detailed project proposals, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initial offer to final acceptance. You will act as a key consultant for clients in the provider sector while monitoring market trends and competition. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in technical sales, preferably within the ITK (Information and Telecommunications) sector
- Practical knowledge and experience in communication systems and call-center technologies
- Proven experience in handling VoIP, CTI, and Unified Messaging solutions
- Experience in managing projects from the bidding phase through to contract closure and acceptance
