As a Facility Management Site Manager in the Munich area, you will be responsible for overseeing daily facility operations, including scheduling, capacity planning, and project controlling. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service, managing client relationships, and handling documentation. A core part of your role involves providing professional leadership to your team, coordinating workflows, and participating in contract negotiations and project meetings. You will also be responsible for preparing quotes and managing project addendums. Required Skills

Education

Master craftsman (Meister) in Electrical Engineering or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), or state-certified technician (Techniker), or a relevant university degree in these trades.

Experience

  • Professional experience in facility management or a related technical field
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in a similar leadership or site management position
