As a Facility Management Site Manager in the Dresden area, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing facility operations for leading industry clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include comprehensive capacity and schedule planning, managing project documentation, and conducting financial oversight through project controlling. You will be responsible for preparing client proposals and coordinating project workflows, while acting as the primary point of contact for customer consultation and relationship management. Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman (Meister) in Electrical Engineering or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), or State-Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker), or a relevant university degree in these trades.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a facility management or related technical environment
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar leadership or site management position
