As a Facility Management Clerk for the Barfüßer Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our diverse gastronomic and hotel locations. Based in our central administration in Neu-Ulm, your day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating maintenance schedules, tracking statutory inspections, and managing repair workflows. You will act as a central point of contact, liaising between internal kitchen management, on-site technical staff, and external service providers to ensure all equipment—including specialized kitchen and brewing technology—remains functional.
