Job Summary

This role involves providing essential administrative and organizational support to the General Social Medicine team at the Consultation and Assessment Center in Karlsruhe. You will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of medical consultations and assessments, managing the central reception area, and coordinating appointments. A key part of your daily work will be communicating effectively with insured individuals, healthcare providers, and insurance funds, as well as managing information requests. To be successful, you should have a background as a Medical Assistant or a commercial professional in the healthcare sector. You need to be highly organized, comfortable with telephone communication, and possess a strong grasp of medical terminology. Required Skills

Education
