Job Summary
This role involves providing essential First-Level Support for HR IT systems, primarily based on KIDICAP software, for an organization supporting over 37,000 employees. The coordinator will be responsible for managing organizational and user data, user administration, and generating reports for HR controlling. A key aspect of the role is supporting the implementation of tariff increases and legal changes within the system, ensuring compliance and smooth operations. Additionally, the coordinator will regularly participate in exciting projects, contributing their expertise to enhance HR processes. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to apply and develop specialized knowledge in HR IT systems within a dedicated team, ensuring reliable and accurate payroll and personnel management for a large church organization.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Human Resources Management or IT, or completed 'Beschäftigtenlehrgang II' (Employee Training Course II), or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in HR support or payroll accounting (preferred)
- Experience with HR IT systems, ideally KIDICAP / Personal Office (preferred)

- Affiliation with the Evangelical-Lutheran Church in Bavaria or another church/ecclesiastical community affiliated with the 'Arbeitsgemeinschaft Christlicher Kirchen in Deutschland' (Council of Christian Churches in Germany) is generally expected but not mandatory. Open to applicants without relevant professional experience if qualifications are met. Full-time position (up to 40 hours/week) with part-time options available. Location: Ansbach, Germany.
