Job Summary

As a Tax & Accounting Manager at accompio GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in managing group-wide tax operations and supporting financial accounting processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling tax-related queries (specifically VAT and income tax), documenting tax matters, and coordinating with external tax advisors. You will also lead tax projects, develop transfer pricing guidelines, and ensure all financial processes are audit-ready. Additionally, you will provide hands-on support in financial accounting, including reconciliations, accruals, and month-end/year-end closing activities. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in finance or tax and is comfortable working in a dynamic, private-equity-backed IT group.
