Job Summary

As a Construction Manager for Electrical Engineering at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in the energy transition by overseeing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards (HSE), and managing the commissioning and handover processes for industrial and grid infrastructure projects. You will act as the primary point of contact on-site, supporting maintenance service partners and ensuring all technical requirements are met. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Engineer; OR advanced qualification as a Master Craftsman/Technician; OR a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in construction site management, ideally in plant engineering
  • Practical experience working with medium-voltage systems
  • Technical background through completed vocational training (Electrician/Electronics Technician/Mechatronics Engineer), advanced certification (Master/Technician), or an electrical engineering degree
