Job Summary

As a Site Manager for Electrical Engineering at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in the energy transition by overseeing the end-to-end installation of large-scale energy storage systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing construction site setups, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring strict quality control, and overseeing the final commissioning and handover of projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards, including conducting risk assessments and supporting maintenance activities. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in electrical engineering and construction site management, particularly within plant engineering. You should be comfortable working with medium-voltage systems and possess a high degree of professional mobility, as this role requires travel within the DACH region for 4-5 days per week. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics technician. Preferred: Further qualification as a Master (Meister) or Technician (Techniker), or a degree in electrical engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics technician
  • Experience in construction site management, specifically within plant engineering
  • Practical experience with medium-voltage systems
  • Preferred: Advanced certification as a Master Electrician or Technician, or a degree in electrical engineering
