Job Summary
As an MSR Planner, you will play a pivotal role in designing and engineering building automation systems for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and HVAC projects. You will be responsible for planning technical building equipment, including heating, ventilation, cooling, and sanitation systems, following HOAI phases 1-7. Your daily work involves creating forward-looking, sustainable energy concepts and economic feasibility studies, utilizing industry-standard CAD software to integrate logic into complex HLSK (HVAC) systems. You will collaborate closely with private and public clients, as well as industrial partners, to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires a technical degree or equivalent qualification, a solid understanding of construction law, and a solution-oriented mindset.
