Required Skills
Education
University degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, Infrastructure Planning, or equivalent; alternatively, a qualification as a State-Certified Technician with relevant professional experience.

- Experience in project management, cost estimation, and budget monitoring
- Experience in applying municipal procurement regulations and standards

- Valid Class B driver's license required. For foreign university degrees, a certificate evaluation from the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs (KMK/ZAB) is mandatory. Proof of C1 level German proficiency is required.
