Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, and continuous development of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS). You will act as the primary point of contact for 1st and 2nd-level support, analyzing and resolving technical incidents. Your daily responsibilities include the administration of LIS, middleware, and databases, as well as managing master data. You will play a key role in planning and executing system releases, new implementations, and IT projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating documentation and conducting user training, while ensuring compliance with quality, data protection, and IT security standards.
