Job Summary

This versatile role seeks an IT Allrounder or ERP System Administrator to be a central point of contact, ensuring smooth operations and supporting colleagues across IT and ERP systems. The successful candidate will provide first and second-level support for IT and ERP issues, including user guidance and training. Key responsibilities also involve contributing to the procurement, inventory, commissioning, maintenance, and documentation of IT infrastructure. The role requires proactive involvement in developing user roles, authorization concepts, user onboarding/offboarding, and managing hardware. Additionally, the position supports the creation and enhancement of reports using Crystal Reports and actively participates in the continuous improvement of IT and ERP processes.
