Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at FERCHAU, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT environments for our diverse range of clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing 1st and 2nd-level support requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing the installation and configuration of IT workstations. You will also be responsible for documenting incidents and solutions while contributing to IT rollouts and various projects. We are looking for a proactive professional with a completed IT education and practical experience in maintaining operating systems and standard office software. This position is ideal for someone who is solution-oriented, structured, and eager to grow within a dynamic, technology-driven environment. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist/Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or a related technical field
- Experience with common operating systems and standard office software
- Experience with hardware maintenance and configuration

- Valid work permit for Germany required.
