In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure at FERCHAU Rosenheim. You will be the primary point of contact for 1st and 2nd-level support, handling Windows client configurations, troubleshooting peripherals like label printers and mobile scanning devices, and managing support tickets via ServiceNow.
