As a Facility Technician specializing in electrical systems, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the technical infrastructure of properties in Munich-Freimann. Your daily responsibilities include the cross-trade maintenance and repair of building service systems, with a primary focus on electrical installations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and colleagues on-site, performing rapid diagnostics and troubleshooting during incidents, as well as commissioning and modernizing building systems.
