Job Summary

The Landeslabor Berlin-Brandenburg is seeking a dedicated Scientific Officer to join their team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for the independent examination and legal assessment of food products, specifically dairy, ice cream, and convenience foods. Your day-to-day tasks include drafting technical reports, developing and validating analytical test methods (such as gravimetry and chromatography), and overseeing laboratory organization and staff guidance. You will ensure compliance with quality management standards (DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025) and utilize Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
