Job Summary
As an Innovation Manager at UZIN UTZ, you will play a pivotal role in the newly established Innovation and Technology Management department. Your daily responsibilities include identifying and evaluating new raw material technologies, managing international innovation projects, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration across business units. You will lead Open Innovation workshops with external partners such as universities and research institutes to drive technology development. A key aspect of the role is analyzing market trends and customer requirements to define future-oriented innovation projects. The ideal candidate combines a strong background in chemistry with project management expertise and a flair for change management. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry (preferably with a focus on construction or polymer chemistry); basic business administration knowledge is considered an asset.
