Job Summary

As a Service Technician, you will be the primary technical support for customers and representatives, adept at analyzing, documenting, and resolving error messages efficiently. A key aspect of this role involves independently performing commissioning, modernizations, and maintenance on meter and current transformer test equipment, both nationally and internationally, requiring meticulous planning and organization of business trips. You will also prepare and conduct FAT/customer acceptances for specialized equipment, collaborate with software developers on user software updates, and assist with repairs of mobile test meters. Additionally, you will contribute to sales planning for equipment modernizations, train users on control software like WinSAM and CheckCon, and participate in interdisciplinary projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
