Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff, managing IT inquiries via phone, email, and a ticketing system. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing, prioritizing, and documenting service requests and technical issues. You will provide first-level support for Windows-based workstations, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, and user account management, while escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams. Beyond troubleshooting, you will contribute to the IT knowledge base by creating FAQs and documentation, and participate in installation and rollout projects. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in first-level IT support for career changers
  • Experience in the administration of Windows-based client environments
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 office applications
  • Broad general IT knowledge and process understanding
