Job Summary

As a Geoinformatics Engineer in the defense industry, you will play a critical role in modeling and configuring 3D real-time applications at our Bremen location. Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing semi-automated processes for modeling workflows using tools like Autodesk 3DSMax and Adobe Substance Painter, ensuring high-quality digital content standards, and processing complex geospatial data formats such as CityGML, OpenStreetMap, and CAD. You will act as a technical coordinator, managing requirements, supporting content creation teams, and facilitating technical negotiations with clients and partners. The position requires a strong background in Geodata Science or Geoinformatics, coupled with hands-on experience in GIS tools and 3D real-time application foundations. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Geodata Science, Geoinformatics, Media Informatics, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Geodata Science, Geoinformatics, or Media Informatics required
  • Several years of professional experience in the relevant field
  • Experience with technical requirement management and process automation
  • Experience in conducting technical training for clients or subcontractors
