Job Summary
As a 1st Level IT Support Specialist at Innovation Group, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal employees, resolving technical issues via phone, in-person support, and our ticketing system. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing user accounts and permissions, maintaining workplace hardware and mobile devices, and monitoring IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. You will collaborate closely with global IT specialist teams and contribute to ongoing IT projects aimed at enhancing our system landscape. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a strong service orientation and a solid foundation in Windows domains and network infrastructures. Required Skills
