Job Summary
The Triumph Group is seeking an experienced IT Supervisor / System Administrator to join their aerospace and defense facility in Heiligenhaus. In this role, you will manage the local IT infrastructure, including server and client landscapes, networks, and storage solutions. You will lead ERP optimization and digitalization projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency while serving as the primary point of contact for IT support and hardware deployment. A key aspect of this position is ensuring strict compliance with EASA/LBA Part-IS regulations and maintaining Cyber Essentials certifications. You will collaborate with global IT teams and support international locations, requiring a proactive problem-solver who can communicate technical requirements effectively to management. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT operations
- Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry is highly preferred
- Proven experience in managing Windows server and client environments
- Experience in maintaining IT compliance and regulatory standards
