Job Summary
As the IT Operations Team Lead at Oxfam Deutschland, you will play a hands-on leadership role, overseeing both the IT support and system administration teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the organization's IT infrastructure, including server, network, and cloud environments. Your day-to-day work will involve managing 1st to 3rd level IT support, driving the development of Microsoft 365 environments, and overseeing containerized and Linux-based platforms. You will also manage external service providers, handle IT procurement, and lead digitalization initiatives to automate processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership skills to mentor your team and collaborate effectively with various departments. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in an IT-related field.
Experience
- 3 years of professional experience with a Master's degree or 5 years with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Professional experience in IT operations, support, and system administration
- Leadership experience in a technical team environment
- Experience in incident and escalation management
- Professional experience in managing virtualized and containerized environments
