Job Summary

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing technical service assignments for customers across Germany. Your day-to-day work involves commissioning, retrofitting, and modernizing technical systems, with a specific focus on communication and media technology. You will integrate software into existing equipment, conduct functional testing, perform systematic troubleshooting on-site, and provide user training. A key aspect of this role is maintaining high quality standards through detailed technical documentation and service reporting. This position is highly attractive due to a structured two-month onboarding process with mentorship, comprehensive technical training, and competitive compensation that increases after the initial three months. Required Skills

Education

Completed advanced training (Weiterbildung) as a Technician (Techniker) or Master Craftsman (Meister) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanics, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical field service or industrial maintenance
  • Experience working with circuit diagrams, measuring instruments, and technical testing equipment
  • Experience with software-related tasks is considered an advantage

Languages

German (Basic)
