Job Summary

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing technical service assignments for customers across Germany. Your day-to-day work involves commissioning, retrofitting, and modernizing technical systems, with a specific focus on communication and media technology. You will integrate software into existing equipment, conduct functional testing, perform systematic troubleshooting on-site, and provide user training. A key aspect of this role is maintaining high quality standards through detailed technical documentation and service reporting.
