Job Summary
As a Project Scheduler for a renowned transmission system operator in Bayreuth, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and coordination of complex projects. Your day-to-day tasks involve creating and maintaining comprehensive master and detailed schedules, integrating third-party plans, and managing project structures. You will act as a key liaison between project stakeholders and leadership, monitoring progress, assessing the impact of changes, and recommending corrective actions. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing high-level reports for project steering committees. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in engineering or economics who thrives in large-scale technical project environments. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in large-scale projects and project-related processes
- Experience in project scheduling, preferably within large technical projects
Languages
Additional
- IPMA Level D certification is considered a plus. Must be available for a full-time position in Bayreuth.
