Job Summary
In this role, you will lead the company's decarbonization efforts by optimizing energy supply systems and advancing the ISO 50001 energy management system. Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing energy concepts, managing BImSchG approval processes, and overseeing the technical performance of combined heat and power plants, refrigeration systems, and compressed air units. You will act as a project manager, coordinating between internal departments and external partners to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering background with expertise in energy and utility systems, proficiency in data analysis, and a proven track record in project management. Required Skills
Education

- Professional experience in navigating BImSchG approval processes and technical safety regulations
