Job Summary
The Caritasverband für die Diözese Hildesheim e. V. is seeking an IT Service Coordinator to join their team on a part-time basis (19.5 hours/week). In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT inquiries, managing the intake, categorization, and prioritization of incidents and service requests. You will coordinate with external service providers, monitor service level agreements (SLAs), and assist with the IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding. Additionally, you will handle basic local hardware troubleshooting and contribute to the maintenance of the self-service portal and knowledge base documentation. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
