As an Internal Product Manager for Apple macOS, you will play a pivotal role in the internal IT department of a leading European banking IT service provider. Your primary responsibility is to manage the lifecycle of the Apple macOS platform, ensuring it aligns with the company's unified end-device strategy. You will oversee patch management, execute updates, and develop robust security concepts and operational documentation. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and project coordination, as you will be responsible for security analysis, risk assessment, and providing 2nd-level support. You will also act as a key communicator, coordinating cross-departmental tasks and facilitating training sessions for internal staff.
