Job Summary

As a Materials Tester at Markisches Werk, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high quality standards of our industrial engine components. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing internal material testing—such as hardness testing, tensile tests, and microstructure analysis—and managing incoming and outgoing goods inspections. You will be responsible for documenting results, maintaining test plans within our CAQ system, and processing supplier and customer complaints. Additionally, you will coordinate external testing and participate in both internal and external audits. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background in metal materials testing and an interest in digital quality assurance processes.
