Job Summary

In this role, you will take on a pivotal position within the Automation Hardware Engineering department, focusing on the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of complex automation systems. You will be responsible for hardware design, including the creation of circuit diagrams and bills of materials using EPLAN P8, as well as control cabinet configuration and documentation. A key aspect of this position is the prospective transition into a technical leadership role, where you will guide the Hardware Engineering team. You will act as a central point of contact for technical coordination with internal departments, clients, and external project partners. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape internal automation standards while working in a stable, long-term environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in electrical or automation engineering, proficiency in EPLAN P8, and the communication skills necessary to bridge technical requirements with project goals.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology, or completed vocational training as a state-certified technician.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical or automation engineering
