Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the digital workplace for our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the 1st and 2nd level support lifecycle, from receiving and pre-qualifying incident reports to resolving issues via remote access or on-site visits. You will handle software installations, perform standard changes, and manage user access within Active Directory. A key part of your role involves ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while supporting end-user devices such as notebooks and mobile hardware. You will also provide dedicated support for client-specific applications. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who thrives in complex IT environments and enjoys direct customer interaction. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in an IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Experience working with ticket systems and SLA-driven processes
