Job Summary

This role involves working within a large-scale biopharmaceutical production environment, specifically focusing on downstream processing. As a team member, you will monitor and execute process-controlled production steps, perform in-process quality controls such as pH, conductivity, and osmolarity measurements, and maintain industrial-scale equipment. A core aspect of the position is ensuring strict adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and maintaining precise documentation of all processes within a cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate possesses a background in chemistry, biotechnology, or process engineering and demonstrates a high level of responsibility and technical aptitude. This position is unique as it offers the opportunity to work in a high-tech pharmaceutical manufacturing facility with significant investment in employee health, continuous learning, and development. Candidates must be prepared for a 3-shift rotation, including night and weekend work, and will be employed via an external partner at the Boehringer Ingelheim facility in Vienna.
