Job Summary
Lernmobil e.V., an educational institution focused on integration, is seeking a Grant Management Specialist to support their adult education projects in Viernheim. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of ESF and AMIF-funded projects, from initial grant applications to final reporting and audits. Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing funding requests, monitoring project budgets, ensuring compliance with strict grant and procurement regulations, and documenting financial data. You will act as a key point of contact for funding agencies and project partners, requiring high attention to detail and strong numerical affinity. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to meaningful social and educational work within an international team. The position is part-time (50%) and initially limited to one year, offering a structured environment where you can actively shape administrative processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial or administrative vocational training (Kaufmännische oder Verwaltungsausbildung) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in grant management or administrative project support
- Experience in managing ESF or AMIF funding programs is highly preferred
- Practical experience with procurement regulations and financial reporting
- Experience in financial controlling and budget monitoring
