Job Summary
As an IT Infrastructure Specialist at Montanhydraulik GmbH, you will be responsible for the planning, expansion, and management of the corporate network across global locations. Your daily tasks include ensuring high availability and performance for LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments using tools like Sophos and Aruba. You will take a lead role in network security, managing Network Access Control (NAC) via Macmon and overseeing the virtualization landscape with VMware ESX. Additionally, you will administer high-end storage solutions from Pure Storage and maintain data integrity using Veeam backup systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or IT System Electronics Technician (IT-Systemelektroniker).
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in network management and IT infrastructure
- Proven success in implementing and managing network security solutions
- Professional experience with VMware environments
- Experience in administering storage and backup solutions
