Job Summary
As an IT Manufacturing Consultant at Hochland SE's international headquarters, you will play a pivotal role in digitizing and optimizing production processes for one of Europe's leading cheese manufacturers. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the full lifecycle of SAP PP-PI requirements, from initial conception and customizing to testing and implementation. You will act as a vital bridge between production departments, IT teams, and external service providers, ensuring seamless integration between SAP and manufacturing systems. Beyond technical support (2nd and 3rd level), you will take on sub-project leadership roles, conduct key-user training, and drive the sustainable digitalization of the production environment. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with a focus on IT and production.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the SAP environment, specifically with the SAP PP-PI module
- Proven experience in SAP customizing and technical implementation
- Experience in 2nd and 3rd level IT support
- Professional experience in project management or sub-project leadership
- Experience with SAP integration into manufacturing execution systems (MES) is preferred
- Experience in cross-departmental and interdisciplinary collaboration
