The following week focuses on remote 1st and 2nd level technical support and documentation from your home office. Beyond technical maintenance, you will be responsible for conducting initial training sessions for medical staff, ensuring they can effectively use the new digital tools. This position is ideal for those who enjoy a mix of hands-on hardware/software integration and customer-facing support. The role offers high stability in a growing market, a company car, and the flexibility of mobile work, making it attractive for both motivated career starters and experienced IT professionals looking for meaningful work in the medical technology field.
