Job Summary
As an Electrical Field Service Engineer, you will take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and documentation of service assignments, including software integration and functional testing. Your day-to-day involves managing project costs, quality, and timelines while acting as a vital link between suppliers, partners, and customers. You will perform troubleshooting, error analysis, and conduct technical training for industrial clients. This role is highly dynamic, requiring a 90% global travel commitment to perform on-site retrofitting and maintenance. The position is ideal for technical experts who enjoy working independently and possess strong intercultural skills. Required Skills
Education
Completed technician training in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT Technology, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in field service within an industrial company
- Experience in the defense technology sector is preferred
- Experience in planning, controlling, and documenting service assignments
- Proven track record in error analysis and software integration
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license required (BE and C1E preferred); high willingness for global travel (over 90%); intercultural competence; ability to work independently.
