Job Summary

As an Outsourcing Coordination Specialist, you will serve as the primary link between internal project teams and external service providers within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. Your daily responsibilities will involve coordinating analytical development tasks, requesting and evaluating quotes from contractors, and ensuring all activities are scheduled and monitored effectively. You will hold significant responsibility for GMP-compliant documentation, including the creation, filing, and verification of analytical data, alongside migrating this data into internal systems. This role is highly collaborative, requiring interaction with global project teams and internal departments to manage budgets and timelines. Required Skills

Education

Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a comparable natural science field.

Experience

  • Practical experience working within a GMP-regulated environment is desirable.
