Job Summary

As a Project Management Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of large-scale technology projects by providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the project leadership and team. Your daily responsibilities will include preparing project documentation and presentations, managing professional correspondence, and tracking action lists. You will take the lead in planning internal meetings and high-level events with corporate and government partners, while also handling travel logistics and calendar management. Additionally, you will oversee personnel-related administration, such as tracking absences and supporting onboarding/offboarding processes, alongside managing electronic procurement for office supplies and IT hardware.
