Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at Welbilt Deutschland GmbH, you will be the primary point of contact for technical infrastructure and front-office solutions at the Herborn logistics site. Your daily responsibilities include managing first and second-level support requests, configuring hardware such as PCs, printers, and mobile devices, and assisting with business applications like ERP and CRM systems. You will play a vital role in employee onboarding and hardware inventory management while ensuring IT service desk tickets are resolved efficiently. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in an IT support role
- Professional experience in hardware procurement, installation, and maintenance
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems and Office 365 suites
- Experience in managing printers, scanners, and manufacturing equipment
- Experience with database interfaces is desirable
- Experience in project management or assisting with IT projects
