This full-time position as an HR Specialist for the Municipality of Immenstaad am Bodensee offers a dynamic role covering parental leave for an initial two-year period. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job advertisements and conducting interviews to preparing employment contracts. Beyond recruitment, the role involves providing expert advice to managers and employees on labor law, civil service regulations, and collective bargaining agreements. You will also manage the time tracking system, support personnel development initiatives, and act as the primary liaison for payroll processing in coordination with the data center. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Public Administration Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellter), Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt), Administrative Exam II (Angestelltenprüfung II), or a comparable qualification with a focus on Human Resources.
Experience
- Professional experience in human resources administration and recruitment
