Job Summary
This role involves coordinating statutory quality assurance and quality management processes at Klinikum Wolfsburg, one of Lower Saxony's largest hospitals. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating legal requirements, preparing quality reports, and coordinating patient surveys. A key focus includes managing the Cancer Center's administrative needs, such as tumor documentation and educational events. You will conduct internal audits, support departments through certifications, and oversee clinical risk management, including M&M conferences. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in healthcare management who enjoys cross-departmental collaboration and structured organizational tasks. The role is offered at 90% part-time capacity, initially as a maternity/parental leave cover, with potential for permanent employment. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed degree in a healthcare-related field, such as Healthcare Management or Health Economics.
Experience
- Professional experience in quality management and quality assurance within the healthcare sector is preferred
- Experience in creating and evaluating statistical reports
- Experience with hospital or patient information systems (e.g., Dedalus Orbis) is desirable
- Demonstrated experience in organizational coordination and independent working
- Experience in communicating across various hierarchical levels in a professional setting
